1. 01 / The need

   Buying a home usually means hiring a full-service agent or going it alone. Plenty of buyers and sellers want help with one step, at a price they can see up front.

2. 02 / What we built

   • A guided path: property, offer builder, review, optional professional review, final offer, under contract, closing.
   • Services for buyers, sellers, and investors, each sold on its own.
   • Document drafting and review, with a real professional available at the steps that need one.

3. 03 / Under the hood

   • Built on our Vinext and Cloudflare starter, so accounts, storage, and background work were in place on day one.
   • It runs on Workers, with D1 for data, R2 for files, and Queues for background work.
