Text usRepositories, pull requests, and CI on your own Cloudflare account, with a repair proposal when a workflow fails.
01 / The need
A small team wants a home for its code that it owns, without running servers or adopting a whole platform. Most of a forge goes unused; the part people touch every day is small.
02 / What we built
- Repositories with HTTPS clone and push, pull requests, reviews, and a small code browser.
- An API shaped like GitHub's, so the gh command line works against it.
- An MCP endpoint, so coding agents can open and review pull requests.
- Forgit Actions: CI/CD with run history, logs, environment approvals, and optional verified repair pull requests.
03 / Under the hood
- Git objects live in R2. Users, permissions, pull requests, reviews, checks, and tokens live in D1.
- The whole forge runs on Workers, so there is no server to patch.
- HTTPS only. SSH and git:// are deliberately out of scope.
